Had a few conflicting posts about whether or not they did offer a few complete rifles or if they were just a parts house.
That's about the same info I found with some googling on a few of the AR-specific forums. Pre-ban lowers go for $400-$900 depending on condition. The pre-ban cutoff serial number is 35222 for PWA. All post ban lowers have the year appended to the serial number. 5.56 Commando and the 4-6 digit serial number. All pre-ban lowers have PWA with a circle around it stamped and under it is Milan, IL.
